DIY Project: Alice in Wonderland Drink Me bottles

Hello cuties~!

Today I want to show you one of my recent DIY projects: Alice in Wonderland's 'Drink Me' bottles. I'm a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland and after seeing Naominikola's Galaxy Jars tutorial, I decided to make my own version. Please check out Naominikola's tutorial if you'd like to make your own~!

To make the bottles Alice in Wonderland themed, I attached a tag with 'Drink Me' on them. It's super easy to make and lots of fun to do! You can make them exactly the way you want by using the colours you like and adding as much glitter as you please. I've made two bottles; a pastel coloured one and a darker coloured one.

I added lots of glitter and stars~

The blue colour turned out a bit brighter than expected, but I really like it!

Unfortunately the colour didn't last forever, they have both now completely changed into a blue-ish colour. (Maybe it's just bad food colouring I've used? ) But it isn't a big deal as they still are very pretty. Maybe I'll make some more in the future as it's a lot of fun to do♥

I hope you enjoyed this post and feel inspired to make your own!
Thanks a lot for reading and see you soon!

Summer favorites~

Hello cuties~!

This summer seems to be quite like autumn already- it's cold and rainy. We haven't had really warm weather this year. (Maybe it still has to come..?) Every year I look forward to summer holiday, because that's practically the only time in the year I can wear shorts and skirts. And here I am, sitting indoors, wearing a thick cosy sweater. Oh well, I guess we just have to make the best of it! Despite the weather, I can still enjoy the summer. I've finally got time to do the things I wanted to do all year round. Things like playing games, watching series and reading blogs. I've found some things I particularly enjoy this summer, so here it is: this summer's favorites post!

Clockwise from top left:
  • Pokémon Go: This summer Pokémon released a mobile app, which lets you catch Pokémon in the 'real' world. As a Pokémon-fan I've really enjoyed playing the game so far. I don't play it constantly, but sometimes I take a walk outside to catch some new Pokémon, which is really fun.
  • Fantasy Life 3DS game: Recently I acquired Fantasy Life for my Nintendo 3DS. The story takes place in a fantasy medieval scenery. In the game, you can choose a 'Life', which is like a job. You can for example become a magician, alchemist, hunter or cook. It's possible to switch between 'Life's' in the game. The game also contains a story line, which I really enjoyed so far. I would certainly recommend this game, it's really fun to play, though it can be hard to get into. You'll probably need some time to get the hang of it, but it's totally worth it!
  • Pink Marshmallow body butter: This body butter is truly amazing, it really does smell like marshmallows! The smell even lasts a whole day, which (I think) is great and it makes my skin feel a lot smoother.
  • MILK Cloudy jacket: While online window shopping, I came across this gorgeous collection by Japanese fashion brand MILK. I really love things with clouds or other sky-themed prints on them. Now this jacket has a place on my wishlist, and I'm hoping to find it on a second hand website someday, such as closet child. (fingers crossed!)
  • Cute stationary: As the new school year is coming op, shops start selling stationary again! I bought some pink notebooks, I hope I can make them cuter by sticking cute stickers on them. >3< I have to go to school in style of course!
  • Larme kei brand Mon Lily: I recently bought something from this Larme kei brand, and I instantly fell in love with the design and quality. I also really love their stock pictures, they're so dreamy~!  I'm hoping to buy some more stuff from them soon.
What do you enjoy this summer? Tell me in the comments!
Thanks a lot for reading♥ See you soon,

Little Twin Stars Re-ment~♥

Hello cuties~!

Today's post is about Re-ment!

Re-ment is a Japanese manufacturer of super cute collectible 'toys'. They make sets, which usually contains 8 boxes with different contents. These sets mostly contain miniature food and furniture. They have for example collaborated with Disney, Sailor Moon, San-x and Sanrio. I guess it's time to show you some examples!

Aren't they cute? Of course I had to buy a set myself too! I decided to buy a full Little Twin Stars set. When you buy a full set, you usually get it in a box which you can use as a display for your Re-ment. I bought my set at Hobbylink Japan, together with two figures, but I'll make a different post about that. The set cost me ¥3,400, which is about €29 or $33 USD.

The set contains cute miniature Little Twin Stars furniture. Doesn't it look super cute?

Now I'll show you the pictures I've made~

I'm super happy with this set, it's great quality and everything looks very cute. All the items are very detailed and look really realistic! The boxes also contained some paper thingies which you can cut out and use in your display. Unfortunately not everything fits into the display, but that isn't a big deal. Overall I'm really happy with my Re-ment~♥

I hope you enjoyed this post.♥ Maybe I've convinced you to buy a Re-ment set as well? xD Or maybe you already own a set? Tell me in the comments!

Thanks for reading and see you soon!
